We'll let the customers take this one
They just bought one and couldn't help filming the results. Every clip below is a real owner at home, cleaning whatever needed it. Have a scroll, and zoom in as close as you like.
Let's be straight with you.
We'd rather you buy with your eyes open than send it back disappointed – it's all here, warts and all.
~9–12 minutes per tank
One fill is usually plenty for a single detail job. It takes a couple of minutes to heat up, then gives you a 9-12 minutes of steam, and it needs that same warm-up again the next time you refill.
Best up close
It softens grime for you to wipe off, so on big surfaces it can feel underpowered. Close, fiddly work is where it's happy.
Where the dirt and water go
The heat and water loosen the grime so you can wipe it away. It doesn't disappear on its own, and the really baked-on stuff takes a few passes.
It starts with the grout. It rarely ends there.
Most people buy it for one job – the grout they'd given up on. Then the shower screen, the oven door, the taps, the hob. By the weekend, the car. It'll take the creases out of a shirt too; customers found that one before we did.
My husband found me on the kitchen floor cackling because the grout was turning white in front of me. It's created a monster.

No sprays. No residue. Just water.
Three steps, start to finish – and the only thing touching your surfaces is 110°C steam.
Don’t take our word for it.

Before you ask…
What if I don't love it?expand_more
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund, no hoops. That covers a change of heart or anything not right with it.
How long does it run on one tank?expand_more
Around 9 to 12 minutes of steam per fill, depending on use. Topping up takes seconds, then a short wait while it heats the fresh water.
What can I use it on?expand_more
Grout, taps, oven racks, glass, hobs and car interiors, basically the fiddly spots a cloth just smears. It's built for detail, so leave the whole kitchen floor to a mop.
Will it damage my surfaces?expand_more
It's fine on sealed hard surfaces like tiles, glass, metal, sealed stone and most worktops. Go gently on heat-sensitive bits like waxed or unsealed wood and thin plastics, and test a hidden corner first if you're unsure. And steer well clear of anything electrical.
Is it safe around kids and pets?expand_more
It's hot steam under pressure, so give it the same respect as a kettle. There's a safety-lock trigger, and since it's only water, nothing toxic ends up on your surfaces.
Aim it at the worst job in your house and enjoy the process for once.
